We were all keen and fit walkers in our group so we walked quite some distance at a good pace through bush, up hills, over sand dunes, along sandy beaches and steep cliffs. The views can only be described as stunning! When we stopped for lunch, we were all hungry and out of his massive backpack Nigel produced a delicious lunch which included locally made fresh bread, cheese and smoked salmon. After lunch, we continued walking and saw more spectacular vistas of the island, the ocean and beyond. We finished the day with a very special afternoon tea on the beach: fresh, local oysters and locally made cider - what a perfect end to a very special day! i highly recommend the Bruny Island safari bushwalking tour for a great combination of exercise, views and fresh, local produce!

  Brilliant tour with Matt who was funny, entertaining and provided lots of interesting facts about the lighthouse, shipwrecks and the island. Definately worth a visit

  Nigel our guide was great! He had to slow down and reversed the car slowly when he spotted an echidna in the bushes. The 14 of us in the bus... read more was fascinated by it. We took a full day tour on 10th Feb and enjoyed oysters, cheese and chocolates as picnic spread along the way. It is part of the package. The lighthouse tour was good and view from the top was heavenly.
